Did you know there is a map of the whole of your body on your feet, your hands and your face? Take a moment to visualise that… that everything could be so interconnected?
The practice of Reflexology has been developed over thousands of years based on this principle. Following these intricate Reflexology maps, using specific massage techniques and my own unique deep listening skills, I work in a way that is inclusive of the whole of you – your mind, body and spirit – to support you to return to a state of balance and wellbeing.

Energy Healing
Did you know that as well as our incredible, intelligent physical body we also have an energetic body?
It is an intricate network of energy made up of multiple layers, frequencies and colours. Our own unique Energy Field, it responds to experiences we have, to how we feel emotionally and energetically. It is constantly in flux.
Whilst we remember to take care of our physical body through exercise/food, we often forgot to tend to our beautiful energy field, it too needs nourishment, balancing and care.
If you are feeling ‘stuck’ in life, or disconnected from your sense of self, or emotionally out of balance it could also be related to an imbalance in your energy field.
This is where the Energy Healer steps in, to offer one to one sessions to create the sacred space for life/source energy to flow into you energetic field, to rebalance, release and nourish your energy body so that you can once again flow with ease in your life.

The Metamorphic Technique®
This lesser known but amazing technique is, as the name suggests, about transformation!
The refreshing thing about this technique is it’s simplicity.
With gentle touch to specific points on your feet, hands and head a space comes into being whereby life/source energy is free to move through your being to transform what no longer serves you.
It is an unusual one and what I have noticed over the years is that people usually have an instant inner ‘yes’ after hearing only a little bit about the technique … and thats how you know that this is for you!
