Digestive problems? 5 Handy Reflexology points for daily support!

Often overlooked in favour of Foot Reflexology, Hand Reflexology can be just as effective and is a lot easier to practice whilst on the move!

Its not always so easy to reach our amazing feet sometimes so using hand reflexology points can be so useful. This is the first in a series of posts to share with you some basic sequences to support your health and wellbeing using Reflexology.

Today I want to share with you a simple sequence to support your digestion. Once you get practiced at it you could even do the points in a meeting or on the train on the way home so you are never at the mercy of sudden stomach discomfort after eating that overly rich meal, you now always have something you can do to support your body.

However, if you have ongoing and longer term digestive issues then its advisable to see your medical practitioner or GP for advice and then consider a full Reflexology session with me so we can develop a more specific plan for you. See more at https://www.soletransformations.co.uk

Top Tip: once you are practiced you can choose to spend more time on the points that are affecting you most. For example, if you have stomach bloating then spend a little more time on the stomach point or if you have constipation then massaging the colon zone on the hand can work surprisingly quickly!

This short sequence often works wonders for my clients and my friends and family. Ready?  Just follow the instructions and short video clips below and you’ll be an expert in no time.

Give your hand a gentle hand massage before you start…

1. Massage the solar plexus point on each hand…

2. Massage over the stomach point on each hand..

3. Start on the left hand followed by the right hand to massage the colon zone…

4. Give a gentle sweeping massage for the small intestine zone that rests inside the colon zones…

5. Finally, love your liver by massaging the liver zone (on the right hand only)

Wishing you all a happy and handy Reflexology self practice! Any questions or for more information visit  https://www.soletransformations.co.uk
