I currently live and work in London where I run a full time practice from two different centres as well as offering home visits. I thoroughly enjoy my work and the different experience each day brings. Alongside practicing Reflexology and The Metamorphic Technique I enjoy giving talks, presentations and attending local small festivals to share my enthusiasm about these subjects.
I graduated from the London School of Reflexology in 2007 and have since developed my knowledge and skills, completing courses in: Facial Reflexology, Spinal Reflexology, Pregnancy Reflexology, Baby and Toddler Reflexology and Foot Reading as well as regularly attending Seminars from the Association of Reflexology. I have also completed training in the Metamorphic Technique which has its origins in Foot Reflexology.
We are all unique and individual in our expression of life and, therefore, will all find different approaches to support our health and wellbeing. My work is one that recognises this uniqueness and aims to create a Reflexology session that is right for you. Working with you as a whole, rather than addressing only your current symptoms, I aim to empower you to actively participate in balancing your health and wellbeing. Through both Foot and Facial reflexology, I have experienced success in treating many people with health conditions and would be happy to discuss how Reflexology could help you.
Prior to training as a Reflexologist I worked for eight years’ as an Occupational Therapist within the NHS, predominantly with clients with Neurologoical conditions. I enjoyed my time working in the NHS but was inspired to move towards a more holistic way of working with people and was drawn to Reflexology based on my own past experiences. It has been a wonderful journey into this fascinating subject and it never fails to amaze me to witness the positive impact of Reflexology in my own life and the lives of people I have worked with.
I enjoy full membership of the Association of Reflexology and The Metamorphic Association.
