Receiving an Energy Healing, Reflexology or Metamorphic Technique Session
and Covid-19
Update June 2023
Whilst incidences of Covid-19 are still occurring, the severity of the impact has now lessened. Masks are no longer mandatory in public spaces and are no longer required for our one to one sessions.
However, if you feel safer/more comfortable that we both wear a mask for our sessions please let me know when you book. I am still very much aware that Covid-19 poses a continued higher risk to those living with certain health conditions and I continue to support the choices people make to support their health and wellbeing.
It is now not necessary for me to contact someone on booking to assess the level of risk of Covid-19 but I request that people do not attend a session if they have symptoms of Covid-19 and contact me so we can reschedule your session.

Update July 2020
The global outbreak of Covid-19 Coronavirus and resulting Lockdown in 2020 has impacted all of us physically, emotionally and spiritually. We do not know the full extent of the impact as we begin to open up again and it may take time to really assess. At present, my thoughts are with you and your loved ones, hoping you are as safe and as well as possible as we navigate these next steps together.
As always, your health and wellbeing, and that of all our loved ones, is my top priority. With regard to the risk of transmission of Covid-19, I am following the guidelines laid out by the UK Government and my professional body, The Association of Reflexologists. Receiving a Reflexology session at this time will require new procedures/protocols to be in place to keep us all as safe as possible, please read this page carefully and contact me with any questions or queries.
What to expect when booking/receiving a Reflexology session during the Covid-19 outbreak
After booking your Foot Reflexology session (either through the Triyoga website or with me directly), I will be in contact with you prior to your session to ask some screening questions about your health, specifically related to Covid-19. We will discuss any possible risk factors and decide whether to go ahead with the session.
If you are experiencing a high temperature/fever, a new continuous cough, loss or change to your sense of smell or new marks or rashes on your skin or toes you will be unable to receive a Reflexology session at this time and it is recommended you obtain medical advice and self-isolate.
If you have been in contact, in the last 14 days with someone who has been diagnosed with, or suspected of having, Covid-19 or been advised to self-isolate you will be unable to receive a Reflexology session at this time.
During your Reflexology session, either at your home on in clinic, you will be asked to wear a face covering or face mask that covers the nose and mouth. I will also be wearing a mask. If you have any concerns about wearing a mask (perhaps due to health reasons) please get in touch by phone or email.
There will be specific hygiene practices in place when we meet and I will discuss these with you when we speak prior to your Reflexology session.
At present people have reported that, despite these new measures, they still feel able to relax and get the usual benefits out of our sessions, but please do get in touch if you have any personal concerns.
